We offer product exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but it is not guaranteed. In such cases, we request the customer to ship the return themselves. Products marked as Final sale can not be returned or exchanged once delivered. Products marked as Sample units may have minor glitches for e.g. loose threads, regular stitching or negligible fit differences.
A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if it is done beyond the 7 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. If we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without notice. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, we will be unable to serve you in the future.
All refunds are made to the original mode of payment, except for Cash on Delivery orders. COD orders are refunded to the customers bank account.
If you discover a manufacturing defect with a product you bought from our store, please send us an email at club@Raccoonstore.in from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we can not sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 7 calendar days.
